Axe is a rude company you email them and they will ignore you email and basically disregard it thats not customer courtesy or even polite but we as customers pay their bills with buying their products and everything.

Ive been using Axe Excite Deodorant Gel for a month now, & just got very bad chemical burn. At first, it was drying out the skin below my armpit, and I just thought maybe its the cold weather coming in so I didnt stop using it.
Today I used it and immediately got chemical burn. So bad Im in TEARS.
Has anyone had this problem with Axe products or is it just me!? I love their sprays & other products, but the deodorant seems to do some damage.

- - The double packaged Axe bodywash leaked before I got home.
- - I was told I'd receive body wash coupons but got deodorant/body spray coupons.
I called customer service because the double packaged Axe bodywash had leak through the plastic even before I got home from shopping at sam's. Returning it to sam's wasn't an option since Sam is 25 minutes away I decided to call Axe customer service. I was told that I would receive coupons for body wash yet the coupon I received was for deodorant/body spray.

I was unable to redeem 2 coupons at Walmart for free Axe products up to $6.50. I called customer support and they were able to reissue me two new coupons.
I am very satisfied with Bob and the outcome. Way to go guys!
